Shear Welder

Metal shear butt welding machine adopts TlG argon arc welding, welding metal strips of different materials (such as
carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, Titanium and copper violet, etc.).

It works to shear and weld the irregular ends of the coil strip and promise the continuous production of the line.

Main devices and functions of the equipment

1. Horizontal guide roller, mainly constrains the up and down jump range of the steel strip when it passes;
2. Vertical roller guide device, ensures that the steel strip always passes in the middle of the equipment;
3. Steel strip alignment device, in order to ensure the welding quality and avoid welding dislocation, the steel strip head and steel strip tail to be welded       together must be aligned and pressed before welding;
4. Steel strip pressing device, the steel strip must be pressed during fine shearing and welding;
5. Shearing device, shears the head and tail of the steel strip at the same time to ensure the shearing accuracy and then ensure the accuracy of the seam to facilitate welding.
6. Traction device, which can operate the steel strip to move on the working surface of the butt joint machine.
7. Welding device, composed of welding machine welding gun and welding gun movement;
8. Hydraulic system, providing the hydraulic power required for alignment, clamping, steel strip traction, clamping and shearing;
9. Control system, with PLC+touch screen as the control core, drive motor, stepper motor, traction motor, oil pump motor as actuators, and step-by-step operation according to the program.
