Uncoiler

Uncoiler is an important auxiliary equipment in high frequency welded pipe production line, mainly used to unroll the coil strip and feed it into the subsequent forming and welding process. It ensures smooth conveying and precise control of the raw material and is the starting point of the whole production line.

(1) Function: used to support the unloading of coils.
(2) Main structure: composed of frame, expansion assembly, spindle, press arm assembly, loading trolley, electric part, etc.
(3) Frame: welded by ordinary carbon steel plate and square tube, the main shaft and two bearing seats are welded in series at one time to ensure the concentricity of the main shaft.
(4) Expansion assembly: expansion range diameter φ450-φ520mm, maximum width 600mm maximum outer diameter Φ2000mm, four arc plates and the main shaft are connected by square iron for sliding expansion.
